Inclusion and Diversity Policy

1. Objective

The objective of this document is to demonstrate that NexTReT works towards internal and external social responsibility, and that in this context, it prioritizes policies that encourage positive actions in promoting diversity through a firm commitment to inclusion that values and respects individual differences, guaranteeing non-discrimination based on any type (sex, gender, age, nationality, political orientation or any other personal, physical, psychological or social condition). Diversity within the workforce is an added value and a competitive advantage that helps continuous innovation and sustainability of the company.

2. Scope of Application

The Inclusion and Diversity Policy applies to all NexTReT employees and to those of its subsidiaries, at all hierarchical levels.

3. Policy

  • Diversity and inclusion are part of NexTReT’s DNA, intrinsic practices in the development of the business itself.
  • We consider diversity as a value that individual characteristics and differences contribute to making each person unique.
  • We believe that having talent with diverse characteristics and abilities helps us differentiate ourselves and be more innovative and competitive, as well as being able to provide more specific and adapted responses to the idiosyncrasies of each of our clients.
  • NexTReT employees are valued for their performance and contribution to the company’s objectives, regardless of any other factor that may be considered personal.

4. Responsabilities and Commitments

4.1 Responsabilities

  • It is the obligation of all NexTReT employees, and especially those in positions of responsibility and who manage teams, to promote an inclusive environment and encourage diversity within them.
  • It is the responsibility of the NexTReT management to promote an inclusive culture and provide the necessary resources and tools to achieve diversified teams.

4.2 Commitments

  • Work towards the integration of people with diverse profiles that reflect the society and the reality in which the company operates.
  • Carry out policies that promote specific actions at the level of selection, compensation, training, and promotion to ensure equal opportunities for all employees.
  • Encourage flexible work and personal reconciliation for the entire workforce.
  • Continue to promote, as a consolidated practice in the company, the desire to promote women to positions of responsibility under the same conditions as male colleagues in the same positions.
  • Ensure an environment of respect, tolerance, and non-discrimination towards all NexTReT employees and specifically towards those belonging to the LGBTQ+ community, providing the necessary information regarding the reality of this community so that their needs are known and respected.
  • Continue to work, as a consolidated practice, to maintain the level of inclusion and labor integration of people with different abilities above and beyond what is legally required, with the conviction that it is an action of social responsibility and not a legal obligation.
  • Carry out all communications, internal and external, using a neutral and inclusive language.
  • Share and generate opportunities for joint work on these commitments with third parties, clients, and suppliers.

NexTReT promotes respectful, dignified, and trustworthy treatment for all employees who are part of the company, and any discrimination in the workplace based on race, color, sex, age, marital status, union membership, political opinion, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, ethnic group, nationality, or any other condition protected by law is strictly prohibited.
