Applications Maintenance (AM)

NexTReT provides its clients with technical teams that are fully or partially responsible for the life cycle of applications or application environments, contemplating the conceptualization phase, functional analysis, technical design, construction, testing, commissioning, post-production support, documentation, knowledge transfer and subsequent maintenance. In this way, the IT areas of companies can focus on their business and on meeting the needs of both their internal and external customers.

Some examples of Application Management could be the maintenance of applications implemented on a specific technological stack (e.g. applications developed in J2EE, applications developed on SharePoint Onpremise and Online, etc.) or the maintenance of a specific application that presents a level of complexity or a high level of criticality (e.g. online sales portal, corporate intranet, etc.)
