24×7 tailor-made service

EURONA, a company specialized in offering broadband and Internet access services through Wi-Fi technology in “hotspots”, considered optimizing the exploitation of its proprietary platform in two key aspects: increasing the level of service received from the provider and improve operating costs.

Their need

EURONA’s objective was to find the right partner that was capable of acquiring full knowledge of its platform, for its subsequent monitoring, operation and administration.

Our solution

NexTReT offered an optimization plan based on two objectives: the fine-tuning of the infrastructure and the commissioning. To respond to the requirement of cost optimization, NexTReT opted for a migration of DCP to a new provider, as well as the implementation of a virtualization system.

Likewise, and prior to entry into service, a rigorous training plan was designed to cover both the transfer of knowledge, as well as the corresponding technical preparation of the equipment. The start-up was based on the implementation of the monitoring service and the 24×7 face-to-face second and third level support from the NexTReT offices, the objective of which is to respond to all those alerts, problems and incidents of the platform within the SLAs planned.

Results

The final result was the start-up of the proprietary platform without any incident and with a monitoring and support service fully adapted to the proprietary EURONA platform and with a constant ongoing training plan for the new services.
