Sustainability Policy
At NexTReT, we are committed to sustainability and believe in our responsibility to protect the environment and promote sustainable social and economic development in our operations. We strive to minimize our environmental impact, promote diversity and inclusion, and ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and the communities where we operate. We seek to create innovative technological solutions that contribute to a more sustainable future and help our clients and collaborators achieve their sustainable goals.
Our principles:
- Environment: We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact through the detection and management of environmental risks and opportunities, compliance with environmental legislation and other requirements, setting improvement objectives and targets, calculating and reducing our carbon footprint, responsible waste management, purchasing efficient and eco-friendly equipment and materials, using efficient technologies, controlling and responsibly using natural resources and materials, involving all staff in our Environmental Management System certified in ISO 14001 since 2016, and periodically evaluating our environmental performance to ensure continuous improvement. Additionally, we strive to provide a safe and healthy workplace for all our employees.
- Ethics: We are governed by an ethical code, approved by the Board of Directors in its first version on 09/22/2017, which establishes the fundamental principles that guide our conduct and our relationships with our clients, collaborators, employees and society in general. We firmly believe in the importance of business ethics and are committed to acting with integrity, transparency and responsibility in all our operations and decisions, always maintaining an ethical and responsible behavior that reflects our values and principles.
- Social Responsibility: We are committed to promoting equal opportunities and non-discrimination for any reason (nationality, religion, sexual orientation, etc.) in all our business policies and practices. As part of our commitment, we have developed an Equality Plan, which was approved in its first version by the Board of Directors on 09/22/2017.
NexTReT’s Equality Plan includes actions for ethical management, promoting equal access and valuation of job positions, promoting women to positions of responsibility, non-sexist communication and image, and promoting training and professional development of all organization’s personnel. Additionally, we are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in our team and in all our business relationships, and to working with our clients and collaborators to promote these values.
We respect human and labor rights in our operations and work to promote a positive impact in our local communities.
