Their need

Puig wanted to improve the tool used to interconnect all the actors involved in the creation, design and installation of a Puig counter in the different final stores.

From NexTReT, it was proposed to switch to Nintex Automation Cloud and thus improve the architecture and programming of the React, permissions and document management part of SharePoint.

Nintex Automation Cloud was a very new product and it was necessary to work jointly with the Puig team to be able to solve some incidents of the platform and achieve the desired objective.

Our solution

It was proposed to completely remake the Workflows tool and massive launches to avoid the stoppages they were experiencing.

He took the time to understand their business, and in this way reorganized and rewritten an entire functional and all the necessary flows, completely changing the architecture of SharePoint. Thanks to this SharePoint solution it has been possible to do good document management.

Automated workflows were set up using Nintex Automation Cloud. This solution was accompanied by quick access and personalized support.

Results

Currently, thanks to this new tool, the client has all the data of their centralized projects, which makes it easier for them to extract information and make decisions.

Processes are no longer stopped or launched in bulk as was the case previously.

The client has better access to vendors and agile solutions.

The tool is stable and end users feel comfortable with it and do not use other types of programs for projects.
