Founded in 2019 as an initiative of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a body of the European Union, EIT Urban Mobility is committed to accelerating the transition towards sustainable mobility.

The challenge

EIT Urban Mobility required the services of NexTReT as a technological partner to provide a flexible Workplace service, which would facilitate the adaptation and evolution of EIT Urban Mobility while ensuring service availability and minimizing the risks associated with service implementation.

Our solution

As a Microsoft partner and holder of the Modern Workplace designation, NexTReT can address the client’s needs by providing an office support service for workstations using M365 technology to its internal staff in a hybrid remote/in-person mode and in multiple languages (Spanish and English). The service meets daily needs, but also addresses those that can help evolve the client platform and support users in the use of collaborative work tools. It responds to the client’s reactive, preventive, and evolutionary needs that every client requires.

The service is accompanied by Microsoft 365 Consulting, where NexTReT experts in security, digital transformation, portal evolution, and automation provide support for the client’s needs.
