Cellnex Telecom is the leading independent wireless telecommunications infrastructure operator in Europe.
Cellnex currently has more than 28,000 sites, including deployment forecasts until 2022. It provides its services to Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Cellnex’s business is structured in four main areas: services for telecommunications infrastructures, security and emergency networks, solutions for the intelligent management of infrastructures and urban services.
Their need
In a business environment of maximum dynamism, it is essential that the systems and organization areas have efficient technological tools, with a competitive cost and a fast implementation time, which allow new business processes to be put into operation.
Cellnex convened an RFP to provide a solution to the implementation of business workflows based on Nintex / Sharepoint technology. There was a defined architecture and infrastructure on Microsoft Sharepoint and based on this, the Nintex Workflows and Forms solution was proposed, to develop and automate a whole set of business workflows related to the company’s service provision operations.
Our solution
NexTReT has offered the analysis and development services to carry out the implementation, working closely with the Cellnex team to do so. The NexTReT team has integrated and adapted to Cellnex’s work methodology, achieving the planned delivery milestones. Guaranteeing the highest quality in all deliveries, and achieving highly effective solutions with a design adapted to the corporate communication line.
In addition, an intense management of several projects has been required, with total transparency to create work synergies between the supplier and client teams.
The solution has been carried out with a highly specialized work team in process automation with Nintex Workflows. We have incorporated the functional knowledge of the client’s business in the first project carried out and we have progressively integrated this knowledge throughout the team.
Cellnex has been able to execute its deployment schedule for the various Workflows and has at its disposal a solution that allows a quick and efficient implementation in new geographical areas and for new business needs.
From the point of view of technological efficiency, a high level of integration with third-party systems has been carried out so that the final solution implemented becomes a fundamental solution in the management of the company’s business processes.
