The Corporació Catalana de Mitjans Audiovisuals (CCMA) manages the audiovisual communication media of the Generalitat de Catalunya: the Televisió de Catalunya channels, the Catalunya Ràdio stations and all the digital media and platforms of the CCMA.
Its objective is to provide a quality audiovisual public service, independent and committed to Catalan culture and language.
Their need
In an environment of maximum dynamism, such as audiovisual, it was an essential requirement to be able to give a quick response to any change or improvement in the different information platforms, both web and app.
The analysis and development services had to be able to integrate and adapt to the CCMA’s work methodology, guaranteeing the highest quality in all deliveries, regardless of technology and products.
In addition, transparent service management was required to create work synergies between the supplier teams and the different departments of the Corporation.
Our solution
Through different Agile teams, both from the CCMA offices and remotely, NexTReT covers all your development needs and requirements using the Scrumban methodology. A Scrumban team provides technological support to the portals, mobile applications and interactive apps for SmartTV (TV3, Catalunya Radio, etc.) through corrective and evolutionary maintenance for all digital media; A second Scrumban team provides the analysis and development service of the content managers and publication platform of the digital products of CCMA, SA.
On the other hand, a service is provided to internal management applications through the analysis and development of applications in the financial environment, and the corresponding support and maintenance of applications for the management of advertising and audiovisual productions of the CCMA.
